His involvement has been key in creating the menu. | THE MENU The Gourmet Burger Kitchen menu offers an extensive range of freshly prepared burgers to suit all tastes and appetites. The menu offers classic flavour combinations such as Chicken, Camembert and Cranberry, and Beef, Avocado and Bacon. It then goes one step further with exciting new burger combinations such as Chorizo and Sweet Potato, Lamb and Minted Relish, or the vegetarian Portabella Mushroom burger. The specially developed GBK sauces and relishes help to define each burger. | ||||
| THE BEST INGREDIENTS Not just any ingredients will do, Gourmet Burger Kitchen uses only the best ingredients available to create each burger. The oversized sourdough buns are baked each morning by our artisan baker. The Aberdeen Angus Scotch Beef, fresh English chicken and fresh vegetables are delivered each day.
Gourmet Burger Kitchen uses only 100% Aberdeen Angus Scotch Beef which is sourced from fully traceable grass reared animals.
